About ViolationLookup

ViolationLookup is a free public tool for searching OSHA inspection and violation history for any US employer. We aggregate publicly available data from the Department of Labor's OSHA enforcement database — going back to 1970 — and make it searchable by employer, industry, state, and OSHA standard.
